New Mexico offers early voting to all voters. You may cast your ballot at your County Clerk’s Office beginning 28 days before the election (add to calendar). Alternate early voting locations will be available beginning on October 20, 2012. Early voting closes November 3, 2012. For more information please contact your county clerk.
If you are not voting early, mark your calendar to vote on November 6, 2012 (add to calendar).
Report fraud, voter intimidation or any other Election Day misconduct. Report a possible voting rights abuse to the New Mexico Secretary of State at 775-684-5708.

Mail or deliver the Voter Registration Application and/or Party Affiliation Form to the County Clerk’s Office.
The registration deadline to vote at the next election is 28 days prior to election day. Please note that registration applications must be postmarked by 28 days prior to the election, but must be received by the Friday following that deadline.
