  • BALTIYSK, Russia (Aug. 4, 2011) - Gas Turbine System Technician 2nd Class Nathan Woodruff assigned to the guided-missile frigate USS Carr carries a wreath during a ceremony honoring Russian WWII veterans at the Baltiysk World War II Memorial. Sailors from the Carr participated in the ceremony during their recent visit to Baltiysk, home of the Russian Federation Navy's Baltic Fleet.
