The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, through its Energy Innovation Fund, awarded the Columbus Property Management and Development, Inc. a $3 million grant to bring energy innovation and cost savings to affordable housing residents in North, West, South and Northeast Philadelphia. The grant was announced on September 12, 2012, at a special event in Philadelphia.
