Program Executive Officer (PEO) Soldier
BG Paul A. Ostrowski
Brigadier General Paul A. Ostrowski graduated from the United States Military Academy in 1985. He earned a MS degree in National Resource Strategy, as part of the Industrial College of the Armed Forces from the National Defense University in June 2006. He graduated from Joint and Combined Warfighting School at the Joint Forces Staff College in 2000. Additionally, he earned a MS degree in Systems Acquisition Management at the Naval Postgraduate School in 1996.
Command Sergeant Major
CSM Emmett M. Maunakea
Command Sergeant Major Emmett M. Maunakea hails from Hawaii. He enlisted in the United States Army on 22 February 1982 and was awarded the 11B Military Occupational Specialty (Infantryman) upon completion of One-Station Unit Training at Fort Benning, GA.
Deputy Program Executive Officer Soldier
Ms. Mary J. Miller
Ms. Miller was selected for the Senior Executive Service in August of 2005. In December of 2010, she was appointed as the Deputy Program Executive Officer for Soldier, an organization where she is the principal Department of the Army civilian responsible for the design, development, procurement, fielding, and sustainment of virtually everything the Soldier wears or carries.
