Completing E-QIP

The Electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processing (E-QIP) replaces the Electronic Personnel Security Questionnaire (EPSQ) that was previously used within the Federal government.

E-QIP is a secure website and contains all PSI forms, including the SF-86, SF-85P, and the SF 85. Once you have been initiated you will be notified by HR, and you can access the site and complete the personnel security questionnaire on line.
