Federal firearms licensees and explosives licensees and permittees; proprietors of distilled spirits plants, bonded wine cellars, taxpaid wine bottling houses, volatile fruit-flavor concentrate plants, export warehouses, and vinegar plants; brewers; dealers in and users of specially denatured alcohol; reprocessors of specially denatured alcohol articles; users of tax-free alcohol; manufacturers of tobacco products, cigarette papers and tubes, and nonbeverage (drawback) products, importers; wholesale dealers in alcoholic beverages; manufacturers of liquor bottles; and others concerned:

SECTION 1. PURPOSE.

This circular is issued to announce the supply sources for Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) industry use forms. The following information will be published in an early issue of the ATF Bulletin.

SECTION 2. SUPPLY SOURCES.

Requests for ATF Forms (except for those within Central Region) should be directed to:
