REVISED FORM 702-C

Proprietors of bonded wineries and bonded wine cellars, and others concerned.

Purpose. This circular is to inform you that Form 702-C, Inventory of Wine, has been revised as of April 1962.

Principal changes in the form.

(a) The heading of Part I has been extended to include check blocks for inventory identification.

(b) The "reserve" column in Part II has been deleted, and instructions have been changed to require reporting of wine in reserve inventory by taxable grade as well as by kind.

Distribution and use of form. The Assistant Regional Commissioner will furnish you an initial supply of the revised forms as soon as they are received from the printer. Please use the April 1962 revision for your next inventory, and destroy all unused Forms 702-C bearing earlier revision dates.
