Educational Activities Overview

For many years, The United States Army Field Band has been active in the educational community. From performances and clinics to instructional videotapes and reference recordings, the four performing components of the Field Band continue to expand their focus to assist music educators and play a part in the future of America's youth.

In celebration of the centenary of Aaron Copland's birth the Concert Band and Soldiers' Chorus have each produced a compact disc featuring many of his vocal and instrumental works. On our website you can find performance tips and techniques, repertoire lists, and links to webpages about Aaron Copland and his music. Click on this link.
