The Office of Technology Commercialization and Partnerships (TCP) grants licenses for BNL-developed intellectual property to existing and start-up companies that are technically and financially capable of turning early-stage technology into commercial products. Nonexclusive and exclusive licenses are granted. TCP is committed to negotiating fair and reasonable license agreements that are beneficial to both parties.
