OCC is looking for high-caliber, self-motivated students to begin their professional careers with an internship that offers challenging and meaningful assignments. Our interns make significant contributions to the OCC’s mission. We respect our interns and value their opinions.

The following lists the types of internships we offer, as well as descriptions of opportunities:

Our Legal Department also has law clerk opportunities that are not part of the Pathways Programs. Please click here for more information.

Application Process

OCC will post announcements on USAJOBS on an as-needed basis. To apply to one or more Internships listed above, search for a job announcement posted on www.usajobs.gov. Use search criteria “Internship and OCC”. You may also click here.

Note: Applicants must have a USAJOBS account to apply for OCC internships.

For each announcement, applicants must submit a resume, an unofficial transcript (or proof of school enrollment on official stationary), and a DD-214 if claiming veterans’ preference. Directions on how to submit are explained in the announcement. If an applicant accepts an internship, an official transcript will be required prior to appointment.
