Servicemembers from Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland, Norway, Romania, Ukraine and the U.S.stand in formation during the opening ceremony for Jackal Stone 11 multinational special operations forces exercise held at Mihail Kogălniceanu Air Base,Sept. 17, 2011. The purpose of the exercise, being held in Romania, Bulgaria and Ukraine, is to enhance special operations forces capacity and interoperability between the nine participating nations, while simultaneously building cooperation and partnerships.
