The National Health Care for the Homeless Council (NHCHC) provides training and technical assistance through on-site visits and ongoing mentoring in areas such as respite care, outreach, and meaningful use of electronic health records. There is also a peer-to-peer program which was developed for Health Care for the Homeless Program grantees and other organizations interested in designing and implementing an HCH project.
