Snow levels will fall through the day on Monday from near 5000 feet to 4000 feet with 6 to 12 inches expected above 5000 feet and 3 to 6 inches above 4000 feet through Tuesday morning. Slow down and check the latest road conditions at 1-800-GAS-ROAD before travelling. 1 to 2 inches of rainfall is expected through Wednesday with higher amounts expected in favored terrain. Small hail and isolated lightning are also possible in heavier showers, most likely on Monday. If driving on a hail covered road, ease off the gas pedal instead of using the brakes and avoid make any big steering adjustments.
