ORNL's McAfee AntiVirus Home Use Option Program for Windows
ORNL employees are able to install a copy of the AntiVirus Plus 2011 (windows version) on their home computer with a 1-year free subscription with the McAfee Home Use Option Program. If you currently have the home use option loaded, you will have a two-month grace period to upgrade to the new version. To download the software:
Go to http://www.mcafee.com/epppb/ornl Register using your ORNL Email Address and Company Code ORNC055740
Once you have registered, you will be sent an email with a product code and instructions for download.
This program allows for one install per employee. It is recommended that you register at work and either forward the product code and instructions to your home email or print the information in the email you receive. If you currently have a home version of McAfee, you will need to change your home email address to your ORNL email address.
