• 2,3-Pentanedione - Method 1016. Method 1016 can be used to monitor 2,3-pentanedione, diacetyl, and acetoin in the same sample. Method 1016 can be used to determine all three analytes in a single GC/FID analysis of the sample.

• OSHA analytical methods ID-206, ID-125G, ID-121, and ID-105 that employ filter sampling for metals have been modified to help ensure that all particles which enter the cassette sampler are included as part of the sample. This has long been OSHA’s policy, and the additional emphasis is intended to reinforce that policy.
