Description of Program:

The Safford Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) is designed to deliver Primary Care Services to eligible veterans living in Graham, Greenlee, Northern Cochise Counties of Arizona, and Hildago County, New Mexico.

  • Routine procedures, such as:
    * Dermatologic procedures
    * Gynecological exams
    * Skin tests
    * Dressing changes
    * Immunizations

  • Telehealth
  • Women's Health
  • Wound Care

Hours of Operation:

Monday through Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm (except Federal Holidays).

Co-located with Bureau of Land Management. 711 South 14th Avenue, Safford, AZ  85546
