- I was saddened to learn of the passing of former Rhode Island Supreme Court Chief Justice Joseph Weisberger whose long record of service includes time in the General Assembly and on the Superior Court before the start of his tenure on the Rhode Island Supreme Court. My thoughts and prayers are with his wife, Sylvia, and his entire family today.
