Congratulations if you successfully passed the assessments and
achieved Finalist status for 2012! Please review the Memo to PMF
Class of 2012 Finalists [32
KB].
As an applicant during the 2012 recruitment cycle, you are
considered part of the Class of 2012 which aligns to the
Government's fiscal year. As a Finalist, you have up
to one year from selection to obtain an appointment as a
Presidential Management Fellow (PMF), often referred to as a
Fellow. For example, 2012 Finalists were officially selected
on January 24, 2012, and have until January 24, 2013, to
accept and start a PMF appointment.
The list of Finalists can be sorted by the following. Select the
name below to query the list.
- Sorted by
Name: Listing shows all
Finalists by name (last, first, mi) in alphabetical order, if
favorably adjudicated in claiming veterans' preference (indicated
as "Yes"), graduate degree Finalist applied under, and status ("A"
for accepted an appointment/appointed or "W" for withdrawn from
further consideration).
- Sorted by
Agency: Listing shows all
Finalists by name (last, first, mi) in alphabetical order, under
the agency/sub-agency appointed at (in alphabetical order), the
Agency PMF Coordinator associated to the agency/sub-agency, the
expected Entry on Duty (EOD) start date of the Finalist starting
his/her appointment as a PMF, and running totals by
agency/sub-agency and a grand total.
- Sorted by
Status: This listing is similar
to the "Sorted by Name" list, but in alphabetical order by "Status"
(first by those Finalists not appointed, then by "A" for accepted
and appointment/appointed, and then by "W" for withdrawn from
further consideration).
- Sorted by
Nomination College/University:
This listing is similar to the "Sorted by Agency" list, but the
name of college/university appears in place of agency/sub-agency in
alphabetical order.
Additional information (e.g., your resume) and detailed
reports will be available only to registered agency users. Agency
users can access these in the Find Candidates section of
the website by selecting "Sorted with Resume" to view Finalists'
on-line resumes.
NOTE: If you notice an error with your status, graduate
degree, and/or appointment, you should contact the PMF
Program Office. The same applies if an agency user notices an
error.
Information Worksheet
You will use this on-line
form, whether you are a
Finalist or a Fellow, to update your contact information (see below
about logging into this form). This is how you inform the PMF
Program Office of any changes to your personal contact information
(e.g., name changes due to marriages), home mailing address,
personal phone numbers, and personal email
address). All PMF Program communications are conducted
via email. We typically send emails to all email addresses
we have on record to ensure delivery (upon appointment as a PMF,
the submission of your work email address is typically provided by
the Agency PMF Coordinator; however, you may email the PMF Program
Office to provide such information ahead of time). Please be sure
to maintain current work and personal email addresses at all times.
We recommend you add "pmf@opm.gov" to your email address book as
this helps prevent our emails from being treated as spam.
For new Finalists, after the PMF website has been updated to list
all current Finalists, to obtain your initial "Password", use the
"Forgot User ID or Password?" link found on the Information
Worksheet. Follow the prompts to
request the password. The system will send an email to the personal
email address we have in our records. Once you receive the email
containing your temporary password, go back to the "Information
Worksheet" to login. The system will then prompt you to create a
permanent password and you will then be able to update your contact
information. Please note the "Password" field is case-sensitive.
Your login profile should match the data used during the
application process (e.g., hyphenated last names should contain the
hyphen).
