If you do not know your login id, phone the PACER Service Center at (800) 676-6856 and an account representative can have your credentials sent to you via U.S. Mail to the postal address on file. For security reasons, logins and passwords can not be emailed, faxed, or given over the phone.

Login ids and passwords for District and Bankruptcy Courts are managed and maintained by each court individually. The PACER Service Center does not have access to this data. If you are having problems with your filing credentials, including a forgotten password, you must contact the court directly.
