These files contain data collected by the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) under Part 50 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR 30 Part 50). As a convenience, NIOSH has converted these files to two popular formats: dBase IV and SPSS (which includes labels and coding information). Although some computed convenience fields have been added, no new data has been added, and no corrections have been made to the information provided by MSHA. All files are .zip files.

We wish to thank NIOSH for their assistance in providing you this information in this format.
