There is a minimum requirement of 10 people and a maximum of 50 people allowed per tour. Requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and may be submitted from two weeks to 12 months in advance of the visit date. It is highly recommended that groups who wish to visit during the spring and summer months complete their reservations well in advance of their visit date due to high demand during that period.

Depending on availability, groups may choose from tours running every 15 minutes, Monday through Friday, beginning at 11:00 a.m. and ending at 12:15 p.m. A confirmation letter (fax or mail) serves as the group's timed-entry reservation. It is sent at the conclusion of the reservation process.
