Hezbollah has a long and deadly history of operating in Europe to finance, plan, recruit, and carry out terrorist plots. The letters were initiated following the deadly attack on Israeli tourists in Bulgaria in July and an attempted Hezbollah-sponsored attack in Cyprus.
