Zero Motorcycles is a small business with 48 employees, and is determined to grow its international sales. They obtained a Bank multi-buyer insurance policy from Ex-Im in October, 2010.
The company manufactures electricmotorcycles for the street and off road. They are designed to be high performance, lightweight and fast. Their motorcycles produce less than one-eighth of the CO2 pollution per mile than a gas-powered motorcycle.
Zero expects Ex-Im's insurance will help them growth export sales significantly, as much as over 50% with certain buyers.
