Senator Lautenberg joins Coast Guardsmen on a routine patrol of the New Jersey-New York Harbor. During the patrol, the Senator and Coast Guardsmen also discussed the Guard's strategies for keeping the harbor and port safe. The Port of New Jersey and New York is the largest port on the East Coast and the second-busiest container port in the country. (April 14, 2009)
