Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP)

OFCCP "Opening Doors" Series

The U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) protects workers, promotes diversity and enforces the law. OFCCP holds those who do business with the federal government-contractors and subcontractors-to the fair and reasonable standard that they take affirmative action and not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, color, religion, national origin, disability or status as a protected veteran. To provide workers with useful information regarding workplace discrimination by federal contractors and subcontractors, OFCCP developed the “Opening Doors” video series. OFCCP believes all workers should know their employment rights, how to exercise these rights and how to utilize OFCCP’s services. The below videos highlight three everyday workers whom OFCCP helped to open doors of opportunity. If you believe you are a victim of employment discrimination by a federal contractor or subcontractor, contact OFCCP today!
