Paul Fassbender -Tennessee

Paul Fassbender is currently the Assistant Commissioner for the Policy and Federal Programs Division with the Department of Economic and Community Development with the State of Tennessee. For the last four years, Paul has served as chief counsel to the U.S. Senator Bob Corker in Washington, DC.

Before joining Senator Corker's staff, Paul was a litigation attorney in Nashville. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota-Duluth and graduated from law school at Southern Illinois University. Paul will oversee management of ECD's legislative liaison, federal & state grant programs and energy division.
