Partial redactions have been applied to the following FOIA logs listed by Fiscal Year (FY) pursuant to Title 5, United States Code, § 552 (b)(2), (b)(6), and (b)(7)(C) of the FOIA. Exemption (b)(2) applies to material related solely to the internal personnel rules and practices of an agency. Exemption (b)(6) of the FOIA concerns material the release of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy of third parties. Exemption (b)(7)(C) of the FOIA relates to records or information compiled for law enforcement purposes only to the extent that the production of such law enforcement records or information, if disclosed, could reasonably be expected to constitute an invasion of personal privacy.
