DOE - RL Contracts/Procurements
Current Solicitations

The Richland Operations Office is currently using the Department of Energy's e-Center Industry Interactive Procurement System (IIPS) to post solicitations and receive applications. The e-Center is the Department of Energy's web site for information on doing business with the Department of Energy, including viewing current business opportunities, registering to submit proposals, and obtaining information and guidance on the acquisition and financial assistance award process.

To submit applications, you must first register in IIPS. Applicants should register in IIPS at least 14 days prior to solicitation closing date. Once your application has been prepared in accordance with the instructions in the specific solicitation, it must be submitted in IIPS. Applicants are strongly encouraged to begin transmission at least 48 hours in advance to ensure timely submission in the event that transmission difficulties occur.

For additional instructions on using IIPS, download the fully illustrated "IIPS User's Guide". Should you still have questions regarding the operation of IIPS, please contact the IIPS Help Desk at helpdesk@pr.doe.gov or 1-800-683-0751.
All companies interested in doing business with the U.S. Government are reminded that they must first be registered in the Government’s Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.  For additional information go to http://www.ccr.gov/
