PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. - The NORAD and USNORTHCOM headquarters building at Peterson Air Force Base will be renamed the Eberhart-Findley Building in honor of U.S. Air Force General (Ret.) Ralph E. Eberhart and Royal Canadian Air Force Lieutenant-General (Ret.) Eric A. Findley during U.S. Northern Command’s 10-year anniversary commemoration ceremony on Monday, Oct. 1, 2012, at 2 p.m. This is the first time the name of a U.S. military combatant command headquarters will include a Canadian military officer’s name.
