Coast Guard Announces Final Acceptance of Stratton

The U.S. Coast Guard executed final acceptance of the third National Security Cutter (NSC), Stratton (WMSL 752) on Sept. 21, 2012. Final acceptance marks the completion of Stratton’s warranty period. Stratton was delivered to the Coast Guard by Huntington-Ingalls Industries (HII) Sept. 2, 2011 and commissioned into service March 31, 2012.
