FHFA is requesting that all interested parties provide written input on the proposal presented in this paper.
Specific questions on which FHFA is seeking input are provided in the paper.
While this effort is not a notice and comment rulemaking subject to the requirements of the Administrative Procedures Act,
the purpose is to provide a mechanism for industry input – a critical factor in the acceptance and ultimate success of the initiative.
