The Delta Regional Authority partners with the 46 members of the Delta Congressional Delegation to improve the lives of the residents in the eight Delta states.  A budget justification and annual report are submitted to Congress each fiscal year. USDA Rural Development and the Small Business Administration are the Delta Regional Authority’s key partners for technical assistance and outreach.
