AESDirect Service Announcment - Automation of the AESDirect Account Registration
Effective Monday, April 11, 2005 the AESDirect Account Registration process
will be converted to a new automated on-line process.
In order to implement this new process, the AESDirect registration feature
will be down beginning Wednesday, April 6, 2005 at 7:00 PM (Eastern Standard
Time) until Monday, April 11, 2005 at 9:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time).
Benefits to AESDirect users will include:
- New AESDirect accounts will be set-up and ready for production filing to
AES within a few minutes after the filer successfully completes the
certification quiz.
- On-line validation of new account profile information.
- Allows a registering company to choose their own permanent AESDirect
Administrator Code, User name and Password.
- Allows an existing AESDirect filing account to amend account profile
information on-line at any time.
- Fast and easy AESDirect Account re-activation process.
