The Beaumont Field Office of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is requesting the public’s assistance in developing leads and determining the identity of two witnesses seen near the KBTV Channel 4 building fire on Feb. 2 in Port Arthur. The fire, located at 2900 17th Street, was reported at 2:22 p.m., and is still under investigation; however it has been determined to be an incendiary fire. More »
