General Overview

Measurements from the Advanced Very High Resolution Radiometer (AVHRR) on the NOAA polar orbiting satellites taken over the NSA, SHB, SGP, and TWP sites are available for distribution to the ARM community. The files are in HDF. The AVHRR data from the Australian Bureau of Meteorology (BOM) Darwin site have not yet been converted to HDF. The raw data are in ASDA (Australian Satellite Data Archive) Format..
