The federal government is borrowing 40 cents of each dollar it spends. The defense budget is only 1/12 of the federal government's current budget deficit which tops $1 trillion annually. Since President Obama took office, our National Debt has increased $5 trillion to more than $16 trillion. President Obama has offered no plan to significantly reduce the size of the budget deficit to slow our exploding National Debt if he's re-elected. Can we, let alone our children, afford four more years of President Obama abdicating the responsibility to lead and prioritize spending?
