Green Stormwater Infrastructure at Buena Vista Redevelopment

Why is this a good use of taxpayers' dollars:

Buena Vista Township is embarking on a 36-acre mixed use redevelopment project, which will become the Town Center.  When completed, the Town Center will provide 240,000 square feet of retail and commercial space, 80 affordable homes and new community facilities and public spaces.
