When a prospect first walks through the door I sit down with the prospect, I make the prospect feel comfortable. My next question is 'what is he want, what is he looking for, is it full-time, is it part-time, is it Army Reserve, is it regular Army.' And you know what situation is he in right now. I make sure that the applicant is physically qualified; I also make sure that the applicant is morally qualified.

One of the perceptions about a recruiters is, a recruiters just want you to signed up but the actuality of the thing is the recruiter is, I say, more a career counselor he wants what's best for you and is willing to do anything to help you achieve your goals in life.
