About Western's Energy Services program

Western’s Energy Services Program helps our customers improve energy efficiency, explore and use renewable energy options, find new technologies and learn about programs and techniques at other utilities. Services include an equipment loan program, technical assistance, and a full menu of publications available both on-line and in printed version.

This website highlights the many ways we can help our customers improve energy efficiency, use renewable resources, improve customer service and get the most value from their resources.

Energy Services Bulletin, our bimonthly newsletter, keeps customers informed about successful programs at other utilities, services available through the Energy Services Program, marketing techniques, customer service and technological developments.

Besides printed and on-line resources, the Energy Services Program offers a telephone technical information service.

The Energy Experts External link information is staffed by energy experts who can answer questions on nearly any energy-related topic. Submit your question to Energy Experts or call 1-800-769-3756.

Our customer service regional offices allow us to stay in touch with our customers and their needs, helping them to remain competitive in the changing utility environment.

Contact your regional Energy Services representative today to learn more about how Western Energy Services can sharpen your competitive edge.
