The purpose of this group is to help Federal Government Agencies order professional services using the GSA Multiple Award Schedules.  The group is moderated by two GSA Contracting Officers (Brad Powers and Dan Briest) working in the Federal Acquisition Service's Management Services Center located in Auburn, Washington.  Important note:  The views expressed on Services Ordering Solutions are those of the individual content creators.  These views and posted comments do not necessarily reflect GSA policy and should not be viewed as such.  The stated opinions contained herein are just that, our opinions as experienced contracting professionals.  We welcome alternate opinions, approaches and best practices.

If you are familiar with our previous efforts, you’ll find most of what was previously a “blog” entry under the wiki section in this group.  Our goal is to leave the wiki content as more static “reference” type material.  This includes the type of information you might expect to find in an FAQ format.  The blogs will be more topical and transitory.  Should a blog entry grow in scope then we may migrate it to the wiki.  An example of what you might find in the blog is a quick commentary on a GAO case we think might be of interest for task order contracting officers.
