Reservations are available 366 days in advance and are strongly recommended, especially for the busy summer months! Yosemite.com provides information about lodging on private land within Yosemite and in communities surrounding Yosemite. Camping is an extraordinarily popular way of spending the night in Yosemite National Park. For those campgrounds that do accept reservations, don't expect to find a site without a reservation from April through September. The camping section contains information, prices, and online reservations. (Note: The High Sierra Camps are considered lodging units and are managed by DNC.) Yosemite.com provides information about camping in communities surrounding Yosemite. Please note that sleeping in your car or RV is not permitted within Yosemite except in individual campsites.
