Students study a representative body of Peninsular and Latin American literature and a variety of literary genres and authors. The reading list spans Medieval and Golden Age, 19th Century Literature, and 20th Century Literature. Active student participation is required as a construct of the teaching and learning environment. Students will be assessed in all domains of learning and on major projects. Weighted grades are calculated for students completing the course and taking the requisite AP exam.
