MISSION
ARF serves as the HQMC System Administrator (SA) and as a Marine Corps representative of the Change control Board for the Standard Labor Data Collection and distribution Application (SLDCADA). Each HQMC Department and Staff Agency is required to designate a SLDCADA representative. ARF-Fiscal also serves as the Customer Service Representative (CSR) for the Defense Civilian Pay System (DCPS). In this capacity, ARF acts as the liaison between HQMC and DFAS for civilian payroll matters.
The Payroll Section ensures that civilian employees at the Headquarters receive accurate and timely payday payments and advice regarding those matters directly affecting pay.
