(WASHINGTON) - Interior Assistant Secretary Lynn Scarlett, Agriculture Under Secretary Mark Rey, Environmental Protection Agency Acting Deputy Administrator Steve Johnson and Council on Environmental Quality Chairman Jim Connaughton will provide an overview of President Bush's proposed FY 2005 budget for environmental progress on Feb. 2.
