Nominations are all in and with such an amazing group of nominees, the nominating committee definitely has their work cut out for them. In addition to the presentation for Tri-Citian of the Year, this year's program includes a look back over the last 30 years of awards with video vignettes and some wise words from former winners.
The social hour begins at 5:30 p.m. with dinner and the award ceremony at 6:30 p.m. This events draws over 500 people annually, so get your tickets soon. Tickets are $50 per person and full tables are available.

Originated by the Tri-City Herald in 1962 with Owen Hurd being the first recipient, the award honors distinguished Tri-Citians for their contribution to growth and development of the Tri-Cities. Recentl winners of the prestigious award include Mike Schwenk, Dr. George Garlick, Frank Armijo, and Calvin Dudney.
