The Three Rivers Entrepreneur Network presents its November seminar: 3 Key Elements of Operational Success. In today's competitive market, how does a company differentiate itself from competitors? For many companies, achieving competitive advantage requires a renewed focus on operational excellence. This presentation and interactive discussion will focus on three key elements for achieving operational success for any organization: Leadership; Execution; and Accountability. Discussions will include why these are key elements for on-going success, and how any business can gain tremendous traction by actively focusing on these elements. If you are in a position of leadership, you will not want to miss this valuable session. It will be of special interest to business owners and senior executives that recognize the need and desire to transform their organization effectiveness from a "B" level to an "A" level.

About the Speaker

 


Patric Sazama has been a Project Manager/Regional Project Director with Impact Washington (formerly Washington Manufacturing Services) since 2002. During that time he has provided project development and management assistance as well as organizational leadership coaching to many companies throughout the region in a wide range of industries. In both 2006 and 2008 Patric was recognized by WMS/Impact Washington for his outstanding client development work, and received the organization's "Top Gun" award. Patric is also a certified Innovation Growth Coach through the Eureka! Ranch Winning Ways program. In his Growth Coach role Patric works with organizations and entrepreneurs to accelerate profitable growth through new or improved products, services, customers, or markets. Before joining Washington Manufacturing Services, Patric had his own consulting business focused on Organizational Leadership Excellence. Prior to starting his own consulting business, Patric spent 20 years with Hewlett-Packard/Agilent Technologies. He has an MBA in International Business and a BS in Management Technology. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Patric has been in manufacturing his entire career including positions with Memorex, Bacharach Instruments, and Varian Associates before relocating to the Spokane/Coeur d'Alene area in 1979 where he worked for KeyTronic Corporation before hiring on with HP at Liberty Lake in 1981.
