Washington State's Community, Trade and Economic Development office (CTED) has developed an affiliation with the Professional Learning Laboratory, a network of professional economic development trainers.
The next webinar will be on Developing a World Class Website. It will be held Thursday, April 16, 2009 from 11am-12:30pm (PST). The Webinar will include: role of Web in the economic development profession; what is being done well...what is being done poorly; the three immutable requirements for ED Web; maps, maps, maps; how to be found by search engines; the role of social media in economic development; and hiring the right Web site design firm.
