Registration Information:

PLEASE NOTE: REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE ON JUNE 8, 2012 AT 11:59 PM

Registration Fee. $410 includes all breakfasts, breaks, lunches and a Tuesday evening reception. Registration fees will not be pro-rated for partial attendance.
Taxation: The state of Ohio will collect an additional 7.75% sales tax ($31.78) on the registration fee.

Registration Fee Collection.
Registration fees will not be collected in advance. Fees will be collected by the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel at the time of your hotel check-in. The registration fee with added sales tax will be added to your guest room bill. If you are not staying at the Renaissance Cleveland you must stop by the hotel’s front desk to make payment. The hotel will issue a receipt for registration fees paid. The receipt should be presented at the conference registration desk where conference portfolios and badges will be issued.

Registration Made Easy:
Step 1. Register here online or via fax.
Step 2. Receive emailed or faxed registration confirmation.
Step 3. After registering for the conference, make a Renaissance hotel reservation using the telephone number or hotel link provided at the end of the registration form.
Step 4. Pay conference registration fees at the hotel front desk on check-in at the Renaissance. Get a receipt for registration payment.
Step 5. Check-in at the conference registration desk to receive a conference portfolio and badge after presentation of your registration fee payment receipt.

Hotel Reservation Information:

The Renaissance Cleveland Hotel is the official conference hotel. To receive the conference guest room rate, first register here for the conference. Next, make a hotel reservation either by clicking a link to hotel reservations provided at the bottom of the registration page, or by phoning the hotel’s toll-free reservations number 1-800-468-3571. If you call the 800 number, be sure to identify yourself as participating in the “Aviation Safety Conference” in order to get the negotiated conference hotel room rate. Hotel Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Guest room deposits will be refunded if reservations are cancelled no later than 24 hours prior to date of arrival.
Note: To be ensured the special guest room rate, you must register first. You will not be guaranteed the conference guest room rate if you call the hotel directly outside of the registration process.
Note: To cancel or change a reservation: you will be given this information during the registration process.

Renaissance Cleveland group rates (subject to 16.25 % sales and local taxes) are:
• Single or double occupancy-- $101
• Triples or Quads--Additional $20 per person per night
