Assistant Secretary Alexa Posny, whose Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services administers programs that serve America's infants, toddlers, children, youth and adults with disabilities, will address the annual Federal Relations Luncheon at the American Association of School Administrators' National Conference on Education Friday in Houston. Posny will discuss national trends and data in special education.

More than 200 association members, most of whom are involved in federal education policy, are expected to attend. The American Association of School Administrators represents more than 13,000 school system leaders across the country.
