Leading Culture Change
In 2009, the United States Army Aviation Branch Chief challenged the Aviation Community to embark upon a culture change initiative.
Driven by the Leading Change Team, this culture change initiative involves the transformation of Army Aviation and its supporting activities into an organization that is focused on training and generating Army Aviation forces to meet the constantly changing needs of the U.S. Army.
By improving inefficient processes and eliminating organizational inertia, we will create a mindset where a new sense of optimism, mission, accomplishment and accountability will emerge. Our goal is to build a better future for Army Aviation today and make change happen.
The vision of the Leading Change Team is to empower you, as a member of the Aviation community, regardless of whether you are a Soldier, Army civilian, contractor or Family member, to take ownership and share responsibility for change that produces and supports the best Aviation Warfighter for the present and future.
